Automatic rotating arm backwash filter (QZF)
Product Description and Use:
As the liquid flows from the inside of the filter to the outside, the solid particles are trapped on the inside of the filter. With the increase of pollutants, the pressure difference between the filter pollution side and the cleaning side also gradually increases. When the differential pressure reaches the set value, the differential pressure meter signals and the filter starts to back wash it
It is suitable for filtering high flow, high speed, low viscosity fluid particle magazine, widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, oil field back water injection, environmental protection water and other fields.
Reverse flushing process:
1. The deceleration motor rotates through the middle shaft drive and washing arm, and the rotation Angle of the washing arm is controlled by the photoelectric positioning switch, so that it is aligned with the cleaned filter screen;
2. Open the sewage discharge valve to form the pressure difference between the outside of the cleaning filter screen (cleaning side) and the sewage discharge;
3. Under the action of the pressure difference, the liquid flow on the cleaning side flows from the outside of the cleaned filter screen to the inside screen for backwashing. The pollutants accumulated inside the filter screen are washed away and discharged from the filter through the sewage outlet;
4. The backwashing time of each filter has been set. When the backwashing set time is reached, the discharge valve is closed, the backwashing process of the filter is over, the deceleration motor drives the washing arm to rotate again, backwashing the next (group) filter, the discharge valve is opened again, and so on, backwashing each filter;
5. After all the filter screens are cleaned, the washing arm will return to the original position under the control of the photoelectric switch, and a backwashing cycle ends;
Note: Backwash is a washing process of a (group) filter screen and a (group) filter screen, so the filter can still maintain the filtration flow during the backwash process.
Backwash process setting:
1. Differential pressure setting: the filter is equipped with a differential pressure adjustment table for setting the filter differential pressure value;
2. Time setting: the control box is equipped with a time setting device, which can set the time cycle of the filter backwashing process according to user requirements; the differential pressure setting and the time setting process, the two settings exist simultaneously, and the differential pressure setting is preferred.
3. Manual start: except for the automatic backwash process of differential pressure setting and time setting. Also press the TEST key to manually start the backwashing process for debugging and maintenance.
Product Features:
1. The filtration equipment adopts the internal mechanical structure of the patented technology, which realizes the high-pressure backwashing function in the real sense, which can easily and completely remove the impurities trapped by the filter screen, clean without dead corners, flux without attenuation, and ensure the filtration efficiency and long service life.

4. The electrical system of the filter equipment adopts the integrated control mode, which can realize the remote control
5. The filter equipment has few vulnerable parts, no consumables, low operation and maintenance costs, and simple operation and management.
6 The control system of filtration equipment is sensitive and accurate in operation, and can flexibly adjust the reverse flushing pressure difference time and time set value according to different water sources and filtration accuracy.
7 In the process of backwashing equipment, each (group) filter screen performs backwashing operation in turn; to ensure safe and efficient cleaning of filter screens, while other filter screens are not affected and continue to filter.
8. The filtration equipment adopts pneumatic discharge valve, backwashing duration is short, less water consumption, environmental protection and economy.
