The blade filter adopts intermittent filtration. Therefore, when the filter residue accumulates to a certain extent, there must be a complete cleaning step. In order to make the filtration operation continuous, the main machine of the blade filter must be equipped with two sets. In the filtration process, the filter cake should not be overfilled. Only when the filter cake of two adjacent filter plates is kept in a space of about 2cm, the filter cake can be dried and easily removed. In addition, when the filtration reaches the allowable filtration pressure, slag removal shall be started.

Blade filter is mainly used for solid-liquid separation, is a precision filtering equipment. The filter plate can be composed of stainless steel mesh, stainless steel punching mesh and stainless steel electric welding mesh, without consumption of filter paper, filter cloth and filter element. Specifically, stainless steel mesh is acid and alkali resistant and corrosion-resistant. It can be washed with clean water without rusting, and can be reused after drying. The longer service life brings greater economic benefits to customers.

The main body of the blade filter is composed of the cylinder, the filter screen mechanism, the closed locking mechanism, the oil cylinder, the vibration slag removal system and the hydraulic system. The cylinder of the blade filter is a closed container composed of the cylinder, the head and the locking mechanism. The cylinder and the head are sealed with a rectangular rubber gasket. The filter is equipped with a filter screen aggregate pipe, a guide rail, a baffle, etc. the head is equipped with a filter screen aggregate pipe and a discharge product. The lower part of the cylinder is equipped with pressing products, the middle part is equipped with feeding products, and the upper part is pressure gauge products and overflow products.

Working process and principle of blade filter: first, ensure the normal operation conditions of the equipment, check whether the equipment is installed in place, whether the valve and the first wheel are tightly closed, and can maintain the normal operation of the pressure.

Step 1: open the oil inlet valve and overflow valve, open the oil pump, and fill the tank with oil. When the liquid is observed to flow out from the overflow pipe sight glass, it indicates that the raw liquid has been filled into the tank.

Step 2: close the overflow valve, open the circulation valve and start the circulation, about 5-10 minutes. When the clear night is observed from the liquid outlet pipe sight glass, it indicates that the filter cake has been formed.

Step 3: close the circulation valve, open the night valve and start filtration. Generally, the thickness of filter cake is controlled at 2-3cm. The pressure change can be observed from the pressure gauge on the upper part of the tank. During filtration, with the thickening of filter cake, the pressure rises. Generally, when the pressure reaches about 0.4pa, the oil pump needs to be stopped.

Step 4: in the process of cake blowing, stop the oil pump, close the liquid inlet valve, open the air inlet valve, and start to blow the cake. The pressure is generally kept at 0.45-0.5pa. The effect of cake blowing is the best. The time of cake blowing is generally 15-30 minutes. Observe from the clear night pipe mirror. When there is less than half of the mirror in the clear night, the cake blowing can be stopped.

Step 5: in the process of vibration slag removal, open the drain valve, return the original liquid at the lower part of the vertebral body to the original liquid tank, open the exhaust valve, make the pressure return to zero, open the butterfly valve, and vibration slag removal.

Warm tip: return all valves to their original position (i.e. close the valve) and wait for the next filtration.

Application range of blade filter:

(1) Recovery of dry filter cake, semi dry filter cake and clarified filtrate.

(2) Chemical industry: sulfur, aluminum sulfate, compound aluminum compound, plastic, dye intermediate, bleaching solution, lubricating oil additive, polyethylene.

(3) Food industry: sugar juice, oil, dewaxing, decolorization, degreasing.

The blade filter is suitable for the filtration and separation process of decolorized oil, clarification filtration, crystal in the production of oil, chemical industry, medicine and other industries, especially to solve the problems of difficult filtration and slag discharge of the machine pressed crude oil in the oil industry, such as cottonseed, rapeseed, castor, etc.
